Delivery arrangements & terms and conditions

All of our products use SF Express frozen express, and the entire cold chain of point to point is kept refrigerated to ensure the freshness of the products.  

SF Express drivers/delivery personnel will make arrangements based on traffic conditions and he may contact you before delivery to coordinate the delivery time.

If you want to track the product delivery arrangement, you can use the 12 to 13-digit barcode number on the waybill to track the shipment, SF Express Tel: 2929 2929.

1. Free delivery for purchases over HK$380, or a delivery cost of HK$75 is required.

2. Delivery date 

After confirming the order, it will be delivered within 1-3 days. Customers can also communicate with us to determine their preferred delivery date.

3. Typhoon or heavy rain 

When the No. 8 typhoon signal or black rainstorm is hoisted, the delivery service will be suspended and the delivery time will be arranged separately. 

4. Delivery area 

Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories (except Lantau Island, outlying islands, Tung Chung and Ma Wan). Delivery service is not applicable to any controlled area, hotel room or overseas. 

5. Other not applicable area

Delivery service is not applicable to buildings that cannot be reached by elevators. Customers will be notified to pick up the goods when they arrive. 

6. If you or the consignee fails to receive the ordered goods within the agreed time and date and needs to re-ship the goods, we reserve the right to charge the customer an additional delivery fee. In case of any dispute, Aqua Millenium reserves the right of final decision.
