We are a technology company dedicated to the aqua culturing of seafood, product development, and ensuring food safety. With our focus on green economy and sustainable aqua culture, we collaborate with business organizations to build mutual trust and to promote ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) and SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). In addition, we are committed to educating and promoting the importance of green farming, green economy and sustainable development to the fishing industry, the younger generation and students.

Our Culture Farming philosophy

In the early days of the company, we saw that our daily food was often contaminated with many chemicals, such as antibiotics, hormones and pesticide residues and other harmful substances. These substances can affect human health, especially children and pregnant women, but it is inevitable when ingesting food. We are exposed to these pollutants, so we develop additive-free and hormone-free mariculture with the goal of bringing delicious, healthy and nutritious seafood to the public. This is why we started researching mariculture from seedlings ten years ago. By carefully studying individual marine organisms and the food chains they rely on, we ensure they thrive and stay healthy in their cultured environments. Our research encompasses a variety of species, including fishes, lobsters, white shrimp, seahorses, crabs, sea eels, and Taiwan abalone. We not only focus on their farming, but also consider the feasibility of hatching and reproduction, as well as their suitability for growth in Hong Kong's waters and marketability.

1. Green Economy

2. Patent and Licensing

With our innovative technologies, we hold patents and licensing in the field of aquaculture. Our expertise allows us to increase productivity and efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality in seafood cultivation. 

a. Patent of aqua culture methodology

This patent is a self-developed indoor aqua culture system and breeding method inculding water quality management and feed management. Even in bad weather condition and unstable seawater quality, we can fully monitor seawater parameters and control water temperature, dissolved oxygen, and salinity, contaminants and pH value. Moreover, we provide lobsters with a daily healthy diet menu to make sure their food diversity and intake of a variety of proteins and vitamins.


b. Patent of invention

Our patented artificial intelligence and technology can improve production efficiency. It is a self-developed indoor mariculture monitoring system that can operate 24 hours a day even in bad weather. This AI system monitors the daily situation of lobsters through imaging and seawater parameters. Report and display the latest status on mobile phones or different interfaces to improve the productivity.​

We offer quality sustainable seafood to our customers. Our efforts in aqua culture and development ensure that our seafood is not only safe but also meets international standards for sustainability.

a. Self-owned Fish and Lobster Farm in Hong Kong Accredited by AFFS, AFCD

The farm is specialized for sea water aqua-culturing and mainly focusing on lobster and fishes. Not only the farm itself has been accredited, but the seafood and environment seawater are also accredited by the Accredited Fish Farm Scheme under Hong Kong Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department as "Quality Sustainable Seafood", which is along with international standards.

b. Fish and Lobster Farm Assessed by the World Wide Fund (WWF)

Our farm and products have been assessed by the World Wide Fund (WWF), and our farm and seafood is recognized to be sustainable and environmentally friendly.


4. Aquaculture Technology

Our advanced aquaculture technology sets us apart in the industry. Through collaborations with esteemed institutions and experts, we continuously research and develop new methods to enhance the cultivation of various seafood species.

a. Start with fish fry and lobster juveniles

Aquaculture is a perfect solution of consistent seafood supply. Hatching and cultivating different types of seafood to ensure supply of seedlings.

Our professional team will breed and hatch the fish fry in our farm, alternatively we will select high-quality fish fry and lobster juveniles from all over the world to ensure the quality of seafood.

b. Professional Technology

Our farm adopts new technology and equipment, and we cooperate with the Ocean Science and Aquaculture Departments of the Universities in Hong Kong and Taiwan as well as internationally renowned lobster expert for the farming development studies and researches. We closely monitor the water and seafood quality to in line with the international standard. We share excellent and efficient methods of cultivating various seafood.


5. Facilities and Foundation

Professional Lobster Aqua-Culturing Education Centre, Self-owned Fish and Lobster Farm and Self-owned Food Factory.

a. The only one "Professional Lobster Aqua-Culturing Education Centre":

We have setup the first and the only one "Professional Lobster Aqua-culture Education Centre" in Hong Kong and supported by the HK Government through Sustainable Fisheries Development Fund (SFDF) for education, development, promoting green aqua culture and sustainability. 


b. Quasi-ISO22000 and HACCP Fish and Lobster Farm in Hong Kong

Our farm is currently under the assessment of ISO22000 and HACCP and will become one of the very few seafood farms to reach ISO22000 and HACCP standards, all is to let our customers enjoy our seafood.


c. Quasi-ISO22000 and HACCP Food Factory in Hong Kong

Our food factory locating at Fotan Hong Kong, which is also currently under the assessment of ISO22000 and HACCP. With the factory self-owned, we have greater flexibility in producing a variety of raw food for our customers, or has it been pre-cooked or cooked, and even sashimi. Our products are not only safe and hygienic, and with seafood prepared as ready-to-eat soups, congee and sauces, they are also convenient to be consumed. To safeguard the health of people, our seafood must be made healthy for them to eat. We believe that it is only under this philosophy that the busy urbanites can enjoy our food.

We prioritize the safety and taste of our seafood. To achieve this, we adhere to strict standards and protocols throughout the entire production process. From our self-owned fish and lobster farms to our food factory, we prioritize hygiene, quality, and freshness.


c. Quality and Safe Seafood from Quality Feed

We use natural sea water for the seafood farming, so that our seafood can grow healthily and taste excellent. The meat quality and taste will be much better after taking the nutrient feed. Our fishes whether it Just gient grouper to pompano, or even the rabbitfish are only taking ISO22000 grouper-specialized pellet feed. The feed is not only hygienic and clean but also rich in fish oil and balanced plant and animal protein. The nutrients are good enough for their whole life cycle. Our philosophy is that fish can only be good if they are fed natural and healthy food like people. So people can only be healthy if their diet includes this good fish.

We have a unique farming technique for lobsters. We provide  a variety of food for feeding, all of which are natural and healthy feeds. Just like human food, we need to eat different foods to absorb different proteins and vitamins.

Importantly, our IQF seafood is free from preservatives and maintains its freshness for up to one year, ensuring a longer "Shelf Life"
