Fresh Australian black lip abalone processed with -45℃ IQF and seasoned with local farmed lobster XO sauce.  Not only is it rich in nutritional value such as protein, phosphorus, calcium, iodine and vitamin A, but it is also nutritious and healthy.

Cooking Methods:
There is no need to defrost when cooking, just take the whole package out of the freezer and put it in boiling water for 1-2 minutes (the packaging bag is food grade, high temperature resistance 120℃).
