～As no preservatives added, it is recommended to take it as soon as possible. The product has been processed by quick-freezing technology and must be stored in freezer before eating;

The packagings are vacuum-packed and frozen. There is no need to defrost when cooking. Just take the congee packs out of the freezer and put it in boiling water for 11-13 minutes (all packaging bags are food grade, high temperature resistance 120C). You can then taste the "high-quality, safe and delicious" local farmed rabbitfish meat congee. It is very convenient to eat a delicious and nutritious meal at home.
