Aqua Millenium is marine water fish and lobster farm locating in Yung Shue Au, Sai Kung. We have been accredited by the Hong Kong Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department and WWF as "Quality Sustainable Seafood Farmer", which is in line with international standards. Now the farm is proceeding ISO22000 and HACCP. We will be one of the very few fish farms to have such certificates.

Our owned food factory is also proceeding ISO22000 and HACCP. The food factory provides raw, pre-cooked and cooked food for the customers as well as “Sashimi”.

We supply high-quality seafood from our farm and well-prepared from our food factory to serve to the F&B. We are serving many 5-star hotels and Michelin restaurants. Family-users can order from our online shop, we will then deliver directly from door to door. Our business has truly achieved the name of being “from farm to table”.

We are working on local farming in Hong Kong and we have established our “made in Hong Kong” brand name. We provide quality and healthy food. The seafood and farming environment water has been accredited. Seafood has been gutted, vacuumed and IQF, we are sure our customers will enjoy the safe and healthy meal with our food.
