Our rabbitfish congee is made from our local-farmed rabbitfish which is sweet and tasty. Without the taste of mud, our rabbitfish is different from what you see in the market, ours is not only thicker and chunky but the guts is also clean and healthy without parasite. The sharp fin removed not to sting the customer;

As no preservatives added, it is recommended to take it as soon as possible. The product has been processed by quick-freezing technology and must be stored in freezer before eating;

Our ribbitfish only fed with ISO22000 grouper-specialized pellet feed. The feed is not only hygienic and clean but also rich in fish oil and balanced plant and animal protein. The nutrients are good enough for their whole lifecycle. Our philosophy is that fish can only be good if they are fed natural and healthy food like people. So people can only be healthy if their diet includes this good fish;

This is recommended by the famous 3-star Michelin chef – Mr. Au Kwok Keung;

~The ribbitfish congee is produced in our own quasi-ISO22000 food factory. After dozens of processes, day and night to strike perfection for making this delicious congee;

~The rabbitfishes have been steamed with tangerine peel. We separate the cooked ribbitfish is to preserve the original umami and sweet taste of the fish rather than the taste being absorbed by the congee;


The packaging bag is food grade, high temperature resistance from -20C to 120C;

Local farming is low-carbon and environmentally friendly, which skips the transportation of fishing or importing seafood and saves fuel consumption;  


This congee is 400ml (2 x 200ml), good for 2 people portion;

Suggested way of cooking (please see the reference cooking method from youtube):



The packagings are vacuum-packed and frozen. There is no need to defrost when cooking. Just take the congee packs out of the freezer and put it in boiling water for 15-17 minutes, meanwhile to boil the rabbitfish pack for 5-6 minutes (all packaging bags are food grade, high temperature resistance 120C). You can then taste the "high-quality, safe and delicious" local farmed rabbitfish congee. It is very convenient to eat a delicious and nutritious meal at home.

(note: the rabbitfish is already cooked, overcooking may lose the umami flavor)
